* No longer register hex codes with PaintChips-2.0 and converts stuff back and forth, instead, colors are saved directly as RGB pairs and fed to the relevant displays with no conversion in-between.
* As a consequence, of course, other addons using PaintChips-2.0 will no longer have access to the BigWigs message priority colors by name -- if this is a problem, please let me know, and I'll register them.
* BigWigs still requires PaintChips-2.0, since we want to be able to say stuff like "White" and "Green" and others when we display messages as well.
* Needs testing, please provide me with some feedback on how it works.
