BigWigs: Update Maexxna to retuning done between 1.11 PTR and Live, as well as to use the sync channel. Note: there is a bug that it won't start if you aggro yourself so the initial timer will be off by 1-2 seconds. Also, it doesn't seem to reset at the end. I copied the Twin Emps code so I don't know what's going on.
