* Zones are now displayed on the top level menu, reduces the distance you have to travel to toggle boss options.
* Bosses in zones that don't have a direct translation in BigWigs' internal AceLocale table will be put in to the Other "zone". Onyxia's Lair was removed from the table, so she will be under the Other zone as well now, along with Emeriss, etc.
* Some cleanup of the BigWigs AL table and rearrange some SurfaceLib code.
